NHK Pipe Supports are generally divided into the following three main classes: (1) Hangers or Supports, to sustain the dead weight of pipe lines, (2) Restraints, to restrain or restrict the movement of pipe lines due to thermal expansion, and (3) Vibration Eliminators, to constrain the movement and/or vibration causable by reasons other than said thermal expansion including mechanical or fluid vibrations, earthquakes, wind effects, etc.
