A HIPPS Valve is the final shutdown valve in a HIPPS System. Its job is to quickly isolate high pressure before it exceeds the design limit of downstream equipment.

Consist of: **• Transmitters ** The use of min 3 pressure transmitter from 3 different brands coupled with DBB Manifold for each transmitter. This config will provide better accuracy and minimize common failures is use single brand.

• Logic Solver (Safety PLC) 1002 / 2003 Voting Deliver redundancy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and simplified maintenance to ensure long life operation,

• Final Elements (Valve) From Ball, Triple Offset Valves and another type of valves that provide safety shutdown function and automated/manual partial stroke to meet SIL requirements.
